Anxiety, Fear, Self Doubt, Fire fighting, and Crisis Management rule the day. Confidence and effective use of language, translate into operational efficiency and
productivity. The fully integrated individual brings confidence, enthusiasm and decisiveness into the organization and its operations. Depression, Stress, Divorce, Loss especially through Death and Divorce, Hijacking, Internal conflict, Interpersonal and Intra-Personal Conflict translate
into poor health, poor function, low confidence and mediocrity. Without being aware the way we are negatively impacts others. Low energy in one individual negatively impacts whole departments. Inevitably mediocrity and
inefficiency impact the bottom line. Most people want to excel but are unaware of what holds them back. Offering employees, the opportunity to break the barriers of
self-limitation and to function more fully increases commitment, output and loyalty; This pays dividends that cannot be measured in financial terms alone. Below is a rough outline of the three phases in the process; phases are fluid and adapted according to the needs of each particular client. Doing the process thoroughly is more important than adhering to the order of the outline. Each phase takes approximately 10-15 hours depending on the individual story and the precipitating reason for coming. Serious trauma such as Loss through Death, Divorce, Violence, and  Hijacking etc. may require more time.
